I’ve always been super hung up on my weight and you know what… It’s a Number.. a number so here you go.  SkinnyR gave me the option to hide the actual weight and just show the graph but I decided I just didn’t really care if it was up here or not.  I’ll share a little secret with you that I’m not sure I have told Anyone… at my heaviest, I was about 240lbs.  So a starting weight of 193 is actually not that bad.  Here we go!

T-minus 1 day (Fri): REST Cardio X – done 11/19/10

Day 3: (Mon) Shoulders & Arms, Ab Ripper X – done 11/22/10
Day 4: (Tues) Yoga X – done 11/26/10
Day 5: (Wed) Legs & Back, Ab Ripper X -done 11/27/10
Day 6: (Thu) Kenpo X Kenpo Cardio Plus – done 11/27/10
Day 7: (Fri) Rest Day
