Round 2- T-minus 3 days

If you want the official P90X Lean (as opposed to Classic) Schedule you can find it here.  I’ve been working off of the lean schedule and have included my modifications for my first week.  I like to keep Fridays as a rest day so today and tomorrow are kind of a warm up to the start of Round 2.  It’s like a “soft open” for a casino.  It helps me get myself in gear. So here is my ideal schedule for this week.

Week 1ish

T-minus 3 days (Wed): Cardio X Fire 45 Class – done
T-minus 2 days (Thu): Core Synergistics
T-minus 1 day (Fri): REST
Day 1: (Sat) Core Synergistics
Day 2: (Sun) Cardio X
Day 3: (Mon) Shoulders & Arms, Ab Ripper X
Day 4: (Tues) Yoga X
Day 5: (Wed) Legs & Back, Ab Ripper X
Day 6: (Thu) Kenpo X
Day 7: (Fri) Rest Day

Today’s Workout

Day: T-minus 3 days
Program: Turbo Fire
Workout: Fire 45 Class
Time: Evening
Place: Allan/Thomas’
Buddies: Allan and Thomas

I’m already sore and my workout was only a few hours ago.  The Turbo Fire workouts are definitely best done in a good.  I struggle with the Turbo videos when I am working out on my own.  I sweat a lot, so water is very important to make it through the workout.  I definitely felt energized once the workout was done but got stiff really quickly from siting in the car on the drive home.  Next time, I think I’ll stretch some more before getting in the car.
