As so many of us are trying to be healthier in our own lives, it’s nice to get a small reminder of what we can do to make better choices for ourselves every day.
This Friday is Go Red for Women. By wearing red on this day we remind ourselves and eat other that Heart Disease is the #1 killer of women in the United States. This needs to end.
