C25K, W1D3

So I finished my first week of the C25K program.  I’m going to be doing my Week 2 this Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday.

I did make the mistake of doing my last day of week 1 right after walking for about 90 minutes on Saturday.  I may have overdone it a bit that day and need to make sure that I don’t end up sabotaging myself in the long run.  🙂

So week 1 DONE… Week 2… I’m getting there 🙂
